Built in 2014, our home is beautiful and the perfect vacation. 4 Bedroom 3 bathroom with a large lanai for some need it shade and the tranquility with the trees behind the pool to give you privacy. The house is professionally decorated to provide you all the comforts. Fully equipped kitchen and all the linens.
There is one king master bedrooms with private bath. The other master is has a queen size bed with private bath too. The 3rd bedroom has two full beds and the 4th bedroom has two twin beds and share a bath. This home also has a beautiful pool that overlooks a conservation area (heated pool optional during winter months at $28/nt). All bedrooms have TVs in them.
Veranda Palms is a gated community with access to the conservation area. New Clubhouse with a gym, spa and water park for kids. It is located 5 miles to all the parks. We are so close to the parks yet it has the tranquility and quiet setting because is next to Shingle Creek Preserve. You have access to walking trails dotted with old Live Oak trees with Spanish moss and visitors may experience bald eagles, wild turkey, great blue heron, turtles, white-tailed deer and river otters which are some of the animals that can be spotted in the area.
There are several supermarkets about 5 minutes away, which include Sam’s Club, Publix and Target and many restaurants around the area.
No charging electrical vehicles nor washing the car.
Surveillance cameras for your protection. Driver license will be requested upon booking.
2.5% charge for international transactions. Second payments is due 40 days prior to arrival. There is a fee of $100 for the extra person after the 8th.

“My husband and I traveled to Orlando with our 2 kids, ages 9 and 12, and our dog to spend the weekend at the parks. The house was even more beautiful and well-kept than the pictures reflect. It was very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped for a family of four. The community is very quiet and secure. There are stores and restaurants nearby and the parks are 10 -15 minute drive away. We look forward to staying there again. It definitely felt like a home away from home.”

Franka's vacation home was excellent. My wife and I had our daughter and son-in-law and 2 of our grandchildren stay with us to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. Our son also came to visit. The house is very well maintained. There was plenty of room for all guests. The neighborhood is very attractive. The clubhouse weight room was very nice. The clubhouse pool was very large and fun for the grandchildren. We were 20 minutes away from Magic Kingdom, 25 minutes from Universal. Franka responded quickly to any requests we had. She is a great host. Laundry facilities are provided. The game room was a big hit with the grandchildren. You can't go wrong reserving this house.

Everything was wonderful. Great location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle yet close to everything. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable. Cant beat the location and the space for the price. Communial pool area was clean and everyone was friendly. Great neighborhood for a evening walk without.

Franka was a pleasure to work with. It was not surprising to see how well maintained her home was. From start to finish, it was a great process. Once you book, you receive a FAQ sheet providing you with important information not only about the basic needs for access and such, but also about things in the home. The helpful hints are a very proactive way to manage your properties and ensure your visitors are able to relax and enjoy themselves. The home was very tastefully decorated, clean, and inviting. Although we did not use the game room, we knew it would be a great hangout if the kids were with us. The location is convenient to area attractions and just about any type of shopping or food choice is nearby.
Careful consideration is given to guests by Franka and the personal attention you feel you are given makes this a perfect choice. We will definitely book from her again as needs arise in the future.

Spotless House, Safe Gated Neighborhood
We stayed at Franka’s house for two weeks at she end of September through October. Everything was perfect. The house was spotless and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable. There were TVs in every room and the WiFi was fast and dependable. Franka was very easy to communicate with and check-in was really easy. She sends you an email that explains everything you need to know about the house. The neighborhood is very safe and really quiet. It’s in a great location close to everything. There’s a nice, new clubhouse that you can visit for free with your stay. We will definitely be staying there again in the future. *Tip: If you need to buy groceries, I would recommend you going to the Super Target down the road. It’s really close and a LOT less busy than Walmart.

Fantastic villa, perfectly located.
We stayed here for two weeks in August 2017 and honestly in our opinion this villa is fantastic. We chose this villa among other reasons because reviews rated how clean and tidy the place was, this is absolutely true. I hate seeing villas advertised that look amazing and the reality when you get there is very different. This villa lives up to all expectations. The furniture is good quality and at the end of a hot day in Florida it truly is a perfect retreat to relax in, it very much felt like home from home. We went with our two teenage boys who enjoyed the pool and games room immensely which meant we could relax and leave them to it. This villa is ideally located for all adventures. Lovely quiet location but very close to the Disney Parks and Universal. The communication with Franka was always very prompt and she was always very happy to answer any inquiries we had although once we were there we had no need for any contact as everything was as it should be.
